Line a rimmed cookie sheets with wax paper. Lightly spray a large microwaveable bowl with non-stick spray and mix noodles and peanuts. Spray a medium sized microwave safe bowl with non-stick spray and add marshmallows and butter, microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir to combine. Add white chips and frosting and stir.

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double-boiler. Remove from heat and stir in the noodles and peanuts. Drop mixture by the tablespoon onto the wax paper. Let cool and set. If your room is hot (like our kitchen was) you'll want to transfer the candy to the fridge to set.

Use up all the chocolate mixture, the mix should make around 18-20 little ting-a-lings. The ting-a-lings can also be placed into mini cupcake cases. Place the tray into the refrigerator to set hard. Once set the ting-a-lings are ready to enjoy. If preferred, remove a few ting-a-lings and leave at room temperature for a short while to soften.
