I made some slight modifications to the original recipe to suit my (Italian) family's tastes: I add 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese to the Corn Flake crumbs instead of drizzling them with margarine, and also add 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning along with the salt and pepper to the egg batter. It's a nice easy recipe to add into our meal rotation.
