Then, add the bag of coleslaw mix and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add the kielbasa, frozen pierogies, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil 4 quarts of water and then add frozen pierogies. Return them to a boil. Cook for an additional 3 minutes and then drain. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
