Loch Fyne is mainly known for it's mackerel fishing, using spinners and feathers. The mackerel do not arrive until about July though. There is the chance of the odd sea trout using spinners such a tobies or mepps, near river or burn inlets. Rays and flatfish can be caught though, from the shore, and a variety of species from Furnace.

Loch Fyne is a loch which we have fished many times over the years from the general area of Inveraray.
