Directions. Preheat oven to 350F. Unwrap brie and place on an oven safe dish. In a small bowl, combine chopped apples, pecans, cinnamon and honey until fully coated. Add those to a bowl and add the dried cranberries, the honey, the ground cinnamon, the apple butter, the salt, and the zest and juice of the lemon.
